Sushi Hatsu - Elevate Your Sushi Experience in Ambler, PA

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. Probably the best sushi and appetizers we ever had! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back! :)

I’ve eaten here plenty of times and just haven’t left a review. Shame on me! It’s always delicious, and the staff is always kind and attentive. BUT, Tonight I was in for a treat. One of the sushi chefs overheard In a conversation with my husband that I had never tried Uni and he didn’t even hesitate to throw a piece my way. That’s just the kind of place this is. They want you to have a good time and it always looks like they’re having a good time themselves. If you haven’t been here before, don’t hesitate. 10/10 every time :)

A friend took us out for a birthday dinner and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The food and atmosphere was the best. Really friendly staff, Mike and Som served the best food i’ve ever had in awhile. I would definitely recommend people to go and enjoy the experience i’ve had. The owner also welcomed us with open arms and he really made a place worth going. Thank you for having us :D

This place is absolutely phenomenal! A must try for any sushi lover, but their unique menu has something for everyone. Every item on the menu was the best I’ve ever had. It was truly an experience. The short rib empanada, lobster ravioli, Patagonian toothfish, spicy calamari, Kobe tataki….all amazing. The chefs are artists using the best quality ingredients and the owner was kind and welcoming. A great place to celebrate a special occasion and savor every bite. You will not be disappointed! And don’t sleep on the desserts! Homemade, creamy, deliciousness.

Amazing as ALWAYS!! Harrison and his well trained team never lets us down when we dine at this Amber treasure. Truly a gem in the burbs. Owner is personable and takes the time to check in on his customers. Food is always delightfully decadent. The staff is on point. We love this place! While they offer omakase, the venue does not really allow for it to be private at the sushi bar. The down side of the burbs, I guess

This was my first time at Sushi Hatsu, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was nothing short of amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the sushi chef was both engaging and clearly passionate about his craft. The restaurant was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Wow! This place is the reason why you go out to eat! Why did it take us so long to discover this gem? My wife had the salmon, and I ordered the Chilean seabass, and both were AMAZING! Exceptional kitchen and perfect preparation. Wonderful attention to taste, freshness, and presentation. Clearly, very experienced hands at work in this kitchen. We will be coming back to try EVERYTHING on the menu. Thank you for a memorable dinner.
